At Royfa, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with the following return options:


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly offer a full refund or send a replacement—whichever you prefer. To expedite the resolution process, kindly include clear photos of the damage when you contact us.


New Condition Returns

If your item is in new, unused condition (e.g., unassembled, unworn, and with all original packaging), you may return it within 90 days for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.


How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at orders@royfa.com to start your return process.
Ship the item back to us using a valid tracking number.

Note: For returns in new condition, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent).


Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
